(We actually go one further and offer content management and strategy packages that means we can help our customers ensure their shiny new video is seen by as many people as possible, and most importantly converts into enquiries & sales.)

At its most basic, our video production service is made up of the 3 key stages; planning, filming and editing. Each of these stages differ from project to project, and client to client, but what we always provide is a service tailored specifically to your business, your team and your goals.

There’s no simple answer to this, as much as we’d like to give one. Every project is unique. Every project has different requirements.

Our pricing structure is built around three main considerations; time, kit and crew. As a production company based in Suffolk, we often have to bring together other specialists from all over the UK to help achieve our client’s big ideas. But we also operate as an incredibly agile and adaptable team to suit the brief. This means we have the capacity to scale from a small, nimble team of 2 into a larger scale crew that can accommodate everything from set-builds to special effects.

Depending on the what, where and when we can deliver projects within days if you need us to. However, on average, a project will typically take 2-4 weeks from first enquiry to final delivery. We have the capacity to fast-track a project if there is a deadline from the outset, or we’re happy to book in months in advance and work on all the finer details in the lead up to the shoot.

We are storytellers and problem-solvers - so no industry or sector is off-limits. We do however have a few niches that we excel in. Technology and engineering , food, drinks & hospitality and trainig and education are all strong areas of interest for us.

Joinery & carpentry videography, as well as architecture, construction and interior design video content, are also our favourite places to be. We’ve spent the past 5 years partnering with companies in these sectors so now we have a deep understanding of the market, the craft, the challenges. We’ve developed a short-hand of how to get the best results and how to make you stnad out from your competition.

So, when discussing your project or our previous work, I will inevitably use the word “we” a lot. That’s because it is very often me (Paul) and 1-2 other trusted team members who bring it all to life alongside me. Working at this level, producing high quality video content is rarely a “one-man-band” operation.
